- There are 2 types of BPI MS Travel Care packages available in the BPI MS Travel Portal: the Schengen and the Non-Schengen.

I am going to Europe. I was told that to get a Schengen Visa I need a specific travel insurance package. What does this mean?
- When applying for a Schengen Visa, the embassy mandates that the traveler to have a travel insurance policy with specific coverages and limits. This kind of travel insurance policy will be part of the documents that you will be submitting to the embassy. BPI MS can provide this type of insurance policy. Just visit the BPI MS Travel Portal and indicate the destination. Our system will automatically display Schengen travel insurance packages for you to choose from.

Do you have travel insurance for domestic travel?
- Yes! We can provide travel insurance for domestic trips.

Do you have an annual travel insurance plan?
- Yes! This is perfect for frequent travelers.

May I buy travel insurance for someone else?
- Yes, you may buy the BPI MS Travel Care for someone else. You will have to indicate that you are the Payor.

Is there an age requirement when getting a BPI MS Travel Care?
- Yes, we are applying an age limit. The BPI MS Travel Care covers individuals from 1 year old to 75 years old only.

How do I file a claim?
- It's easy. At the onset of an incident affecting your covered property you must notify BPI MS immediately by calling the BPI MS Claims Team at (02) 8840-9556 / 8840-9160. You may also send an email to bpimsclaims@bpims.com or visit any of the BPI MS branches nationwide. After making the notification, you may accomplish the documentary requirements and fill out the necessary forms.
